Simplify the Healthcare Supply Chain

INHX.COM

Lean agile visible access to cut costs, extend coverage and reduce turnaround-time.

We simplify the healthcare supply chain to enable healthcare providers, suppliers and distributors to reduce the cost of doing business.

Much more than other sectors, healthcare business is under rising cost pressures. Beyond the obvious affordability constraints in a patient-paying market, the manpower and information intensive operations are severely affected by challenges like deep and widespread fragmentation, skills-gap, inefficient processes, manual error-prone records, inaccurate and incomplete data capture, rapid technology shifts, inability to introduce business automation, climbing inflation etc. While pricing is governed by market forces, sustained margins and business survival critically depends on lowering costs. Supply chain constitutes a significant portion of your costs - as high as 60% of hospital expenses; amongst the top 2 expenses alongside manpower.

"INHX enables you to trim down mounting costs by optimising the healthcare supply chain."

The healthcare industry needs lean, agile, visible access to cut costs, extend coverage and reduce turnaround-time. Our main activity verticals are:

Unified Trunk Line Distribution Network

GATEWAY (Offline): The unified trunk line distribution network offers agility, alignment and compliance. One common nationwide CSA network transcends tax boundaries across every major Indian state. Innovative network design offers flexibility at entity (principal supplier), enterprise (including distributors) and ecosystem (all suppliers and distributors) level to model and remodel supply chain structures and flows. This network has no conflict of interest with the distributors as they continue to retain their territorial positions and the last mile network. Instead it enhances their capability to serve their customers better and get more aligned with their principals.

Gateway makes it feasible to opt-in or opt-out of shared warehousing, group logistics contracts and combined shipments - finally crafting the pathways for space-on-demand arrangements. Also, makes it flexible to freely undertake interstate transfers and merge-in-transit at many points across the network for agility, savings and tax optimization. Collaboration divides the cost burden and lowers the feasibility thresholds for distribution/ stocking points for extended market coverage at a fraction of monthly fixed cost commitments.

Integrated Supply Chain Automation Cloud

GRID (Online): One integrated supply chain automation cloud offers an inter-org-system for visibility, standardization and assurance. One common industry grid on a cloud based platform offers inclusion of a web of many-to-many trade networks to multiply business efficiency for everyone. Electronic Data Exchange (EDX) replaces loads of paperwork, phone calls, faxes, emails and posts. Shortens cycle times to enhance staff productivity, prevents errors, ensures completeness and avoids reconciliation.

Grid produces end-to-end real time visibility in the supply chain. It is a strong business tool that, in addition to facilitating faster turnaround time, nurtures trust amongst trade partners. It aids better decisions faster with closer capture of reliable market intelligence. Grid also enables closer monitoring of inventory levels to ensure availability while optimizing holding levels and related working capital costs to avoid both shortages and excesses. Advanced applications on the cloud catapult efficiency and prevent errors. Underlying permanent information like product data pools are extended to multiple uses through the common master initiative. It also embeds automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) tools to ensure information completeness and hygiene.
